- How
to use the Shopping Cart
- Browse around the store - when you
see an item you are interested in purchasing, click on the little white box
next to the desired item and continue shopping that page.
- When you have finished shopping on
that particular page and have all the desired items check-marked - click on
the button that says "Add
to Cart" at the bottom of
the page.
- You will next see a summary of
what is in your shopping cart. You can make changes, continue shopping, or
proceed to check out.
- If you wish to continue shopping
either hit your "Back" button to return to the previous page you
were shopping, or click on the "Continue Shopping" button to be
taken to the Shopping Directory.
- To view the contents of your
shopping cart or proceed to check out at any time during your visit - click
on the "View Cart" or
"Check Out" button
at the bottom of any page.
- When you have finished up with
your purchase through the shopping cart system you will receive
1 possibly 2 e-mail
confirmations; one from Virtual Cart simply confirming that order was
placed, and a possible second from Sissy In
Seattle confirming
only if we are sold out of an item on your
order.

- Lastly - Credit cards are
not automatically authorized and charged at time of check-out. This is
completed by Sissy upon receipt of your order.
- Pre-Orders
- Your credit card will
not be billed until your order ships.
- If your order contains
"Pre-Order" items as well as "In Stock" items, we will
bill your credit card and ship your
"In Stock" items immediately, and "Pre-Order" items will
billed and shipped when all items are in stock.
If you would like to save on shipping and have all items
shipped together when in stock, please let me know in the memo of your
checkout. In this case the "In Stock" items will be billed to your
credit card immediately and the remainder of order with shipping when your
order ships.
- Because the arrival time
of pre-ordered merchandise is hard to calculate at times, please use caution
in pre-ordering merchandise that is needed by a specific date. If you
have any questions or concerns about a time issue please email and chat with
me about it. I can let you know if an item will arrive in time to meet
your deadline.
- Cancellations: We
want your experience to be a pleasant one at Sissy In Seattle. If you
run into a conflict and have a need to cancel your order - please email.
- SHIPPING:

as of 9/17/07Shipping cost is $8.50 for the first ornament, $1.00 for each
additional ornament. (If all items are shipped together)
- Shipping cost on
large items such as
Shiny Brite, Fantasia, Snow Globes, Cookie Jars, Trees, Finials, Stands etc. will be
subject to additional shipping. Please email for quote.
- All items shipped UPS Ground-
Insured, and will be shipped within 3-5 business days or order placement.
- HAWAAII & ALASKA:
Shipping cost is $9.50 for the first
ornament, $1.00 for each additional ornament. Large items are subject
to additional shipping costs. Orders are shipped via the United States
Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped Priority, Insured, Signature
required.
- OUTSIDE USA: Orders are shipped via
UPS - United Parcel Worldwide/Insured service, and the cost will be
determined after placement of order. Orders are only shipped to the
cardholder's street billing address. Please email if you would like to get a
shipping quote prior to order placement. Each order is not firm -
until payment has been confirmed. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO NIGERIA, or
INDONESIA. Also be aware that customer is responsible for all duties
and taxes as well as the UPS Brokerage Fee. Please consult your local
customs agency and UPS for these fees.
- INSURANCE/Damaged
Merchandise:
- UPS insurance is automatically
covered on all orders. If you receive an item that has been
broken in shipping you must notify us
immediately at 360-863-0251 or
sissyinseattle@verizon.net and we will initiate a claim with
UPS. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY BOXES OR PACKAGING
MATERIAL or BROKEN ITEMS as UPS may want to retrieve these. Please be
advised that if the original shipping box and broken item are not available
for UPS the insurance is void and you are out.
- Once
the UPS claim is approved usually within 48-72 hours- If we have a
replacement product - we will send it out immediately.
If a replacement is not available - you will be issued a refund from the
UPS Insurance upon claim approval.
- DO NOT SEND BROKEN
MERCHANDISE BACK TO SISSY IN SEATTLE. WE WILL REFUSE TO RECEIVE IT.
- RETURN POLICY:

Returns and Exchanges gladly within
10 days
of purchase at buyers shipping expense. Returns will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee or $10.00 whichever is greater.
- No refunds or
exchanges allowed on any Special Order merchandise,
or merchandise shipped outside of USA.

to Return or Exchange:
- Email

360-863-0251 to obtain a return authorization code.
- In your email note your
name, shipping address, and item(s) being returned and item(s) desired for
exchange if applicable.
- Write the RA - Code
we give you clearly
on outside of parcel and ship INSURED to:
